Excellent. The content was A+. I have a lot of take aways that I am able to place in my tool kit. Betsy Cohn is a dream! She is very knowledgeable and ensures learning in her delivery. The examples, videos, and other material really augments the training. Grateful to have her as an instructor!

Highly recommend participating in a course taught by Debby Deichman, an instructor with a host of experience and stories that will relate to your current perspective and illuminate the vast understanding of Relationship-Building. There was a lot of material to get through in these two days, and several activities and group sessions. While the pacing and timing presented some challenges, the experience was stellar! The participants were amicable and supportive. The instructor brought dynamics and tremendous knowledge. The content was eye-opening, and refreshing reminder of skills that are often overlooked.

Instructor was very informative and interactive with students. The slides were informative and the videos increased the comprehension. The student breakouts were good to see different points of view. I learned a lot about leadership in this class; things I can take back to work and things I need to work on to be a better leader.

    Writing Essentials Course

GeriAnn was excellent! The class was very engaging and maintained my attention throughout. The content was also very good, and I learned techniques in my writing that will last a lifetime - including a refresher in grammar that was super helpful. Some of the biggest takeaways were "bottom line up front', 40% time invested in pre-writing, short and concise sentences, and other parts of the plain language act as well as the 7 essential editing traits. Overall, the class was such an amazing experience! Such a great way to spend two days in the middle of the week.

    Managing Multiple Priorities Course

All-in-all, A++! I hope to take another course with Ms. Debbie again in the future! Very digestible. The topic is vast, but she made it fun, interesting, and manageable. I liked the small class approach. I like that we have a few different options for frameworks. I would easily be able to implement the material and share what I've learned.
