The Business Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommends solutions that enable an organization to achieve its goals. This certificate program helps participants acquire practical skills to carry out the entire business analysis process, which includes eliciting, analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
