## Overview

This course develops the advanced leadership skills required of senior federal program and project managers responsible for large, complex, and high-impact initiatives. Participants learn to lead from a total systems perspective—understanding how their leadership decisions influence teams, organizations, and broader federal missions. The course explores leadership models, organizational culture, and strategies for managing change while enhancing the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams within the federal acquisition environment.

Through applied exercises and real-world scenarios, participants strengthen their ability to build high-performing teams, resolve conflict, and make informed decisions under uncertainty. Emphasis is placed on communication, collaboration, and the use of data-driven insights to guide strategic choices. By course end, participants will have the leadership tools to drive organizational success and sustain performance across complex federal programs in alignment with FAC-P/PM Senior-Level standards.
